Texas Nursery & Landscape Association - Summit Award

 

Recognizes a member firm that has made significant, exceptional contributions to the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association and its member firms. The Summit Award is the highest honor bestowed by TNLA on a member firm. The firm successful in achieving the Summit Award exemplifies the Association’s ideals: innovation, service, and highly ethical behavior in the way it conducts its affairs.

 

 


 

 

TNLA Young Leader Award

 

The TNLA Young Leader award is given the young TNLA members who through their efforts to the association, the industry and the community have already made a significant and noticeable impact. Nominate your young colleague and he or she may join the likes of Jared Pyka, Josh Bracken, April Herring, Derrick Whisenand, Michael Brown, and many more that are not quite so young anymore.

 

Nominations are due by June 1st of each year.  The Young Leader Award will be presented at the TNLA Awards Dinner on August 16th in Houston, Texas.

TNLA ARP AWARD


Started in 1942 and presented annually since that time to a nursery professional who has made a significant contribution to the Texas Nursery Landscape Industry, The Arp Award is the highest honor bestowed by TNLA. The Arp Award was created when Arp Nursery donated a silver bowl to be passed down annually to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to the nursery/landscape industry. These individuals exemplify the Association's ideals: innovation, service, and highly ethical behavior in both business and personal lives.

TNLA Texas Excellence in Landscaping Award

 

The TEIL Awards program is an annual event recognizing excellence in landscaping design, installation, maintenance, and special landscape projects. This program reflects the Association’s commitment to creating and preserving the integrity of the Texas landscape. The program is also designed to recognize landscape and lawn care professionals who execute superior projects and encourages the use of quality materials, workmanship, and professionalism

Nursery/Landscape EXPO Award Winning Booths

 


The booth awards are an EXPO tradition, given for outstanding functionality and booth design. The selection committee considers the following criteria when judging the booths: product promotion; ability to grab attention; effectiveness of design/graphics in conveying the message; and booth size versus amount of product displayed for effective sales.
